The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and dishwasher. The living area has a wood fire and pool table. Linen and towels are provided and there is a laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer. On the outdoor deck overlooking the wetlands and vineyard there is a gas Barbeque.

Guests are invited to make use of the full size tennis court adjacent to the house and restaurants, golf courses, markets, other wineries and the beach are all within close driving distance to Northway Downs Estate.

Established 1996 this small family owned vineyard was established with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Since then we have grafted some of our Chardonnay vines to Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc to expand our range of wines.

Northway Downs Estate boasts a charming Austrian style farmhouse available for short stays and longer term holidays rentals. Suitable for couples or large groups. Wander around and explore our delightful wetlands dam and surrounding gardens or work up a sweat with a game of tennis. Children are welcome to use the playground and sandpit, whilst those a little older can use the open spaces to kick a ball around.
